SASA management visited ZEKI, the Concrete Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization Center in Berlin, which was founded by Turkish scientist Prof. Dr. Şahin Albayrak and is one of the world's leading centers in the field of concrete applications of artificial intelligence, receiving a briefing about the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence and exchanging ideas about the potential areas of use of artificial intelligence in SASA production processes.
The SASA delegation, which included Erdemoğlu Holding Chairman İbrahim Erdemoğlu and SASA General Manager Mustafa Kemal Öz, attended a two-day workshop at ZEKI's headquarters in Berlin on 15-16 January 2024. On the first day, the SASA delegation received information about the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence and the concrete artificial intelligence and digitalization projects that ZEKI is currently working on, and listened to the detailed presentations of the center's founder Prof. Dr. Şahin Albayrak and scientist Fikret Sivrikaya from Berlin Technical University. On the second day of the workshop, SASA executives, especially SASA General Manager Dr. Mustafa Kemal Öz, informed the ZEKI scientific committee about the company's production processes and potential areas of use of artificial intelligence and exchanged ideas.
ZEKI stands out as one of the leading centers in the world regarding artificial intelligence, especially with its studies on concrete areas of use of artificial intelligence. Founded by Prof. Dr. Şahin Albayrak, a German scientist of Turkish origin, the center receives support from three different ministries of the German state, as well as German companies, which are among the world's giants, particularly in the fields of automotive and chemistry. The center conducts studies to increase real-time data analysis capacity, thus digitalizing daily life in a manner that will make human life easier and more efficient.

General Manager Dr. Mustafa Kemal Öz, who made a detailed presentation about SASA production processes during the visit, stated that they plan to prepare management, sustainability and general business processes, as well as production processes, for full digitalization by using artificial intelligence applications. Öz said the following regarding the subject:
"We will integrate advanced process control, the most up-to-date automation systems, and information technologies with the contribution of artificial intelligence into SASA production processes.
