Sasa Polyester authorizes JP Morgan to obtain loans

Sasa Polyester announced that it has signed a loan agreement with JP Morgan London Branch for the financing of its PTA investment in Adana.

Accordingly, an authorization agreement was signed for the loan supply expected to be up to 350 million dollars equivalent Euro (final amount subject to CESCE's eligibility requirements), 2 years grace period for a total of 12 years, backed by CESCE (Spanish Export Credit Insurance Company), for which the London Branch authorized as the primary lead issuer.

SASA Polyester announced in early June that it had authorized BNP Paribas and HSBC to hold a series of virtual meetings with equity and fixed income investors residing abroad for the issuance of convertible bonds abroad as of June 8, 2021.

SASA Polyester announced on June 22 that the issuance of guaranteed convertible bonds of 200 million euros with a maturity of 2026 had started.
