According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), a goodwill agreement was signed with the Spanish company Tecnicas Reunidas within the scope of the PTA production plan investment to be realized in Adana site with an investment cost of 935 million dollars and an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons.
The agreement covers engineering, procurement, and installation services to set up the plant on a turnkey basis. According to the announcement made by the company, the investment is aimed to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2023.
